I have a minor utility thing. A SaveGames .lnk file for Windows. SaveGames link for Windows

This is a better version of my Battle Simulator map. BattleSim_v3.zip. Its a very tiny 10 province map providing the variety of terrains. Editing the ascii text file of BattleSim_v3.map makes it easy to set two nations next to each other with specific armies so that you can test tactics or how the game does things. And then you can either quickly easily start another game with the same settings to see if the results are the same, or edit the .map file to some small change to see if that makes a difference.

This isnt really a utility Ive done but there is an extensive explanation on the Shrapnels Forum that I started about "How to use Command Line switches" for Dominions 3 with many examples. Changing Dominions 3 defaults It mentions everything from screen settings, to volume, to making backups, to choosing colors for the randomly generted maps, to spying on the AI.

ASK I have many utilities that are standalone programs. Most are for linux but can be modified for Windows or Mac. Some can be compiled if that is desired. But since I am continually making changes to them its best to ask for the latest versions. Some examples would be code I use to generate maps and add units or AIs, code to generate maps and create viewable thumbnail pages, code to generate games in general, basically anything you see on my server is available for the asking.
